Appearances

The foundation of this page was built using information lifted from comicbookdb.com.  It was then fleshed out, meaning that I found and added pre-1983 appearances (which comicbookdb doesn't seem to recognize yet), included a greater level of detail to what comicbookdb had displayed, added some comicbookdb omissions and removed some that I deemed insignificant (one-panel appearances, flashbacks, that sort of thing).

Art credits is done in order of pencils, ink, then colours.  Collected works are listed at the bottom of the page but again, kept to major appearances, and remain a work-in-progress.
